    My Most Memorable Birthday

All I remember is I got these Bad Ass White Boots! They were smoking hot!! I wore them almost everyday for the next year. I remember crying because my mum wouldn’t let me wear them to bed.

I'd run around the House with my Invisible Mic singing at the top of my lungs… “I’d like to teach the World to Sing”, and “Rocket Man” (I loved Elton John), and “I think I Love You”! Oh those Boots take me back! If they had them in my size now, I’d wear them with no shame and strut down the street like the 70’s Princess I was!! Okay maybe not down the street, but I'd definitely where them in the house, holding my invisible Mic of course!

Here I am the Following Christmas, still rocking..........
    My Fab White Boots!

Look how shiny I am! Those are the days when people believed Vaseline and Baby Oil was the answer to Everything!

When I first opened the reader and saw your picture the first thing I said to myself was, "Those are awesome boots."

I was sprayed by a skunk on my 16th birthday...yeah, I've heard it all before. "You turned Sweet 16 not smelling too sweet."

Wow, I was never cool enough to have boots like that. Clearly that's something I need to make up for in my adult life!

Oh my gosh. I wish I had those boots when I was a kid. I had a pair of black boots that I wore all through high school. I've always been a big boot person, and somehow I've found myself without a pair to my name. I couldn't find a pair I liked after the last pair were too worn out, and eventually I gave up looking. Maybe I'll start looking for some.

I would totally wear those right now. You know, to the playground and to preschool drop off.

I like the idea of it, anyway.

    You were such a cutie!
